Soft and hard tacos, warm tortillias and chimi chongas really make this bar a hit
with your guests! Served with assorted cheeses, fresh tomatoes, sour cream,
seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, seasoned chicken, refried beans, spanish rice
and our zesty salsa.
 
SOUP, SALAD & SANDWICH BAR
$8.95 per person
Fresh tossed salad greens served with tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet onions,
shredded cheese, ripe olives and crunchy croutons. Piping hot shaved turkey breast
and lean shredded beef and gravy served with fresh baked rolls,
along with our wonderful soup of the day makes this food bar a real treat!

GRAND PASTA BAR
$11.95 per person
Now that’s Italian! Three different fresh made pastas, three different sauces and
six different toppings! You tell our pasta chef what pasta, toppings and sauce you wish! Pastas made to order! Served with fresh baked garlic bread & tossed garden salad
with assorted dressings.

FAJITA BAR
$12.95 per person
Fresh, hot tortilla shells, refried beans, spanish rice, marinated pork, chicken and beef, salsa, sour cream, spicy tomatoes, sweet bell peppers and onions. Tell the chef what you would like and it will be prepared especially for you! Served with bakery fresh rolls and butter 
& tossed garden salad.

There is a a $35.00 per hour fee for all buffets and specialty bars that require a personal chef on site. ther is a 43¢  per mile fee for all events over forty miles round trip.
